6. Payment Terms

  • Late payment charges may apply in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

7. Warranties and Guarantees

Our electronic lock products come with a manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product documentation. Warranty periods typically range from 12 to 24 months.

7.2 Service Guarantee

We guarantee our installation and maintenance services for a period of 12 months from completion, subject to normal wear and tear.

Either party may terminate ongoing service contracts with 30 days' written notice. Immediate termination is permitted for material breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

14. Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct negotiation. If this fails, disputes may be referred to mediation before pursuing legal action.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
